Ultrasound Scanning in Rheumatology
Last weekend, I attended an exceptional training course focused on ultrasound scanning in rheumatology at the Radisson Hotel in Manchester, organized by Dr Qasim Akram FRCP(London)(Rheum). This course was an invaluable experience for anyone involved in rheumatology, offering profound insights into the application of ultrasound technology.
A major component of the training was hands-on ultrasound scanning of rheumatology issues, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriatic arthritis. It was incredibly powerful to see real patient pathology and practice these techniques on actual patients.
