Prolotherapy for chronic pain

Day 2 of prolotherapy training with Dr Cavallino in London. Prolotherapy is a form of regenerative medicine used in chronic pain conditions affecting musculoskeletal structures like joints, tendon and ligaments. Our joints get weak, lose stability with age which leads to cartilage loss and pain. In prolotherapy we inject dextrose solution in tissues which causes mild inflamation and triggers fibroblasts to produce more collagen.I am happy we will be able to offer this treatment to patients in Southampton and Eastleigh.
