Marek is the founder and clinical director of Physio Soton, serving Eastleigh and Hampshire since 2017. He holds an MSc in Physiotherapy and a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Ultrasound, and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). As a qualified independent prescriber, he can assess, diagnose and, where clinically appropriate, carry out ultrasound-guided injection treatment in a single visit. Marek is a member of the British Medical Ultrasound Society (BMUS) and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), completed advanced injection training at the University of Essex, and has undertaken advanced cadaveric ultrasound-guided injection training at King’s College London.
